The company was founded in 1903 by Antonios Ananiadis and continues today with a fourth generation managing the company.

Great-grandfather Antonios Ananiadis started importing quantities of coffee to Amisus Pontus and, after conducting market research, he established a coffee roasters, the building of which survives today in Clock Tower Square, in Samsun.

Having arrived in Kavala as a refugee, his son, Nikolaos Ananiadis, continued running the company, having moved the company from the region of Agios Pavlos to its present-day location, making the brand “ANANIADIS COFFEE” synonymous with quality.

As part of the third generation, Antonios Ananiadis continued at the company’s helm for numerous consecutive years, ushering it into the modern era, something that was accompanied by a large increase in sales, greatly contributing to the establishment of a brand name.

Next in line, the fourth generation, for thirty years now, has continued the tradition, following the latests trends, wishing to pass the baton on to the fifth generation which is looking forward to a competitive and promising future.
